I have severe arthritis in my thumbs so this little gadget is one of my favorite kitchen gadgets. Bought 5 years ago, no longer works. He no longer held onto the edges of the vessel, even though there were fresh batteries. We think maybe it's just faded? Either way, for the price, it's worth changing every five years.
