A great knife, the best in the kitchen and dining room
I bought this to see the quality because I plan to buy other Elite Meridian knives. I have to say that this knife is great. It's very sharp (not super sharp out of the box but not by much for me, they all seem to be getting better after running them over my whetstone a few times) if you know what you're doing and do what you're doing must. The handle is perfect and looks high quality. Next time I plan to buy a chef's knife as this knife is more than impressive. Other people at work always want to use it because it feels and cuts so well.
