I have been using this type of wallet for about thirty years now. If you need to carry around a lot of credit cards, membership cards, library cards, photos of grandchildren, etc., this type of wallet is the best. And after a while the inserts wear out. Having a spare (you get two) is reassuring. I have found that you can usually replace the inserts twice before the leather on the wallet fails.
