These are fixed nuts with no cap. The threads were all cut well. I showed them to my mechanic and he asked where I could get them for such a cheap price. When I ordered them they were about $17. Now they cost just under $20. At these prices, I would consider ordering 24 pack of Mag Style Silver Chrome Nuts. - Thread size 12x1.5 - Length 1.5" - Fits 21mm or 13/16" Allen key - Fits many Lexus Toyota vehicles with 6" tabs as same price as yours. You can take 4 spares. Check them Reviews of the chrome nuts for "rust" "bubbles" and comments on thread quality as that separates the good from the recycled. So far I couldn't be happier. I live in the snow belt so I'll update this review in a year or two and you know let them how they hold up. A box of 20 weighed 3lb 13.5oz or 1.75kg UPDATE: April 2020 - they still look great!
