At one point it displayed a black screen, after which I prodded the connector several times, restarted the computer, got a little work done, and then everything became green and distorted. The original audio is not lost. I even tried it on different machines running different versions of Skype without success. Disassembled, and the board shows no signs of damage or faults. In my opinion, the service life is inadequate for a price tag of over a thousand dollars.
