Review on π Dorman 38522 Tailgate Cable: The Ultimate Black Solution for Your Vehicle by Dwayne Calhoun
2 different length cables
I bought 2 cables at the same time. When my tailgate was down both original cables were taut. With these cables, 1 is free and the other is taut. It's not far, but expect the quality control (lengths in this case) to be different than at the factory. However, I believe they are close enough to be effective.
