The reason for the 2 stars is because the chair looked good at first glance, not bad for a gaming chair. I opened the box and found tears in the seams, they weren't bad so I ignored them as I needed them at the time, the quality is terrible nothing fits together properly, bolts together but the pieces are at odd angles, Armrests don't tighten at the same level, the backrest of the chair is tilted to the right and won't recline, the screws on the base plate in the seat are loosening and starting to peel off, the seat has lost every cushion you're sitting on , After a few weeks of use, when you sit on it, the seat wobbles slightly when hit, and the impact slowly lowers when you sit on it for a long time. The only reason I gave two stars was because it arrived quickly and looked decent, all in all I will never waste my time and money again.
