I am impressed with the quality/reliability of this product. It's all metal. The pre-drilled/threaded holes fit my Hikvision DS-2CD2123G0-I dome camera. The plate on the back is a mounting bracket that needs to be attached to the wall first. You then hook the actual camera mount and a small set screw on the bottom of the unit [my thumb is locking it in the attached images] holds the camera mount to the wall mount. Cable entry holes are good for cable management from the camera. Consider buying another for another camera.
