BUYER ATTENTION: I bought the first one and the hard disk was damaged. So I called the company and the woman just told me there was nothing they could do about it and could just request a replacement through Amazon. That's exactly what I did. I received a new hard drive. worked ONE DAY. Downloaded everything worked. The next morning it was damaged, stripped of everything and unrecognizable. After trying to reformat it, I had to freeze my Xbox. I called Xbox support and we sat on the phone for over an hour trying to reset my Xbox. The external hard drive somehow corrupted my internal hard drive so now I am without Xbox because of this hard drive e. Luckily my Xbox is under warranty. Please be careful with this brand.
