I bought this item a long time ago. I just used it today but not in the way it's advertised. I have a very old kitchen floor. It clings to the dirt like there's no tomorrow and won't let go no matter what we do. Also, my husband and I are older and cannot get our work done on our hands and knees. So I poured some water into a bucket and added some PineSol. With a sponge in hand, I squeezed some water onto the floor and scrubbed the floor with this mop. And it worked really well. Not everyone got up, of course, but I didn't expect that. The only thing that would really help this floor would be to just lay a new one. But we were both very surprised at how well it worked. I am very satisfied with this product and recommend it to everyone. However, I would encourage you to consider how exactly you want to use it. My method may not work for you.
