Review on πŸ”Š Enhanced KEF KUBE 10b Subwoofer by Minoru Koshida ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The goods are normal, money is not wasted!

Fathers, do not rush, but I did not like the sub. Rather so. This is a theater subwoofer. He is very good at punching. Explosions, concussions, etc. But, it's not musical. And I took it specifically for music and bass boost to a KEF Q 150 stereo pair. I (personally) don't like how the sub plays. I tried with adjustment, with permutation, etc. and did NOT achieve musical bass, that's what . well. Everywhere punch in varying degrees. You decrease it . and there is no longer any sense in the subwoofer, you add - yes, the sound went into the hut, but the punch immediately breaks in with it. It has a lot of settings. You can set the location. Well. There is no comfortable sound in music. And I have something to compare from a personal point of view. This is not the first hi-fi sub in my collection, once upon a time there was a mordaunt-shot triphonic in its own way very cool. In a recent, previous life, there was a Q Acoustic triphonic. That's where the sub is so sub. Velvet, musical, luxurious, purveyor of goosebumps. And all this costs the same money. Yes, there are no explosive drums, short peaks, but they are not needed in music. And in the cinema? Well listen, take care of those who live near you. The fashion for cinema roar and the ringing of crystal in the closet was a joy of the early 2022s. And more about KEF. It is lined with fabric. Top gloss. All the dust is right there. I vacuum it every week with a special brush and all the time I think about how long this fabric will last? My opinion is a movie sub. And a place for him in a private house (preferably with a cleaner)

Pros
  • Sub is cool. Very powerful (in a panel high-rise building)
Cons
  • Not for music in my opinion
