so far satisfied. My 2015 Malibu had the guts coming out of the old one. Upon closer inspection, the original GM part turns out to be junk that is almost doomed to failure. This is better in hand. There is no emergency handle included and there is no way to attach the old one. It doesn't bother me at all. Easy to install, partially remove trunk trim, remove interior handle. (Socket 9/32). Once the latch is open, loosen the two torx screws, slide it back and it pops off the hangers. A wire harness that is removed by pushing a tiny flat head screwdriver. Took me about 20 minutes. I will update this review if it bothers me.
