This product works great with our wood burning stove. My husband simply sets the temperature up to temp. the control panel and loads the stove with firewood and this "torque thing" just does its job and the house is comfortably warm. We usually set it at 72 F and this product just keeps it that way. Before we got this item, the house sometimes got so hot that in the middle of winter we had to open the windows and doors because the house was 82 F. Previously, we had no control over how much heat entered the house. But now we only load the oven every 8-10 hours so it's pretty easy. I would recommend this product to anyone who has a wood stove.
