Just received. empty bottle
Received some time ago (last year) when I finally needed it I found that the bottle had been previously opened and all the contents were out of it. absence. It was sold to me like new. So I don't know what's going on here and it's too late to have any arguments.
- Eliminates the need for lock washers and other fasteners
