I literally followed the instructions. I connected it to my NEW trailer battery. The battery level goes up to 2/3 and then back to 1/3. Then he died completely. The battery is damaged. I will try to get SOLPERK to reimburse me for a new battery. I will post feedback to seller if and when this is resolved. However, they send me a new controller, but now I have no battery. SOLPERK support suggested I try the AC charger. It would be cheaper. Will return. I was in daily contact with SOLPERK. In every email I've received from them they say they will fix the problem and are 'responsible'. Unfortunately it isn't. Since the RMA was issued, 1 email has been sent saying they are aware of the issue. The battery burned out and since I used a solar panel it voids the warranty. Changing the battery costs $122. It won't help that I get my $55 back. Thank you China
