I have several Cosori devices and love them all. So is this one! I started out by making beef jerky and turkey as a snack because I know what's in them. And guess what, the best beef jerky ever! My husband loves it when he rides his Harley. The way you can set the temperature and time makes it easy to make jerky the way you want it. I work at lower temperatures, as recommended in the booklet, the meat is softer and juicier, and I keep it in the fridge just in case. By the way, I marinate meat for at least 48 hours. I'm still experimenting with fruits. Here also at lower temperatures, especially oranges, but this requires some patience and verification. bananas too. I use it outside on our back porch for good air circulation and to avoid intense odors in the house. Basically, I am very satisfied with my new device. Excellent value for money! I just love it! Highly recommended.
