Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with the TAZAH online business during my time shopping there. In spite of their claim that all of their grocery and gourmet food items are of the highest possible quality, I discovered that the majority of the products I purchased fell short of my expectations. I was disappointed to find that some of the items I received had gone bad or had passed their expiration date, and that the general quality of the food did not meet my expectations. When considering that this is a business that specializes in gourmet cuisine, I was dismayed to find that some of the products had underwhelming flavors and textures. The shipping times were both sluggish and unreliable, which made an already difficult situation even more difficult. I had to wait several weeks for the delivery of some of my orders, and some of the items I had ordered did not turn up at all. When I contacted customer support to inquire about the items that were missing, I was given responses that were unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. The TAZAH online business, in general, did not live up to my expectations, and as a result, I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Even though they have a huge selection of products, the quality of those products and the reliability of their delivery leave a lot to be desired. They do not have the level of quality that I would recommend for people seeking for gourmet food items.
