Instructions?: Catalytic Converters and Parts

Assembly is good. thick walls. Bad site? The item was used judging by the scuffs and scratches on the metal. But it goes under my car, so who cares? My main complaint was that it came with no instructions, just a bag of loose hardware. Simple design, I should be able to figure it out. After that I have a bunch of unused hardware. For the price, I hope for more attention to detail, which makes the customer happier.
