There seems to be a delay, more than the original remote. It's not long, but it's noticeable. It was very nice to just put in the batteries and get a new remote job. I was very happy that the exchange went so well. I'm deducting one star for the delay, but other than that I'm happy with my purchase. I have not had the experience of others who have bought a remote and been told that some of the buttons do not work. I've only had the remote for two days so I'll update my review if I have this issue.
