Perfect replacement for my truck. Looks like OEM hardware. Be sure to clean and lubricate the plastic ball joints with silicone spray prior to assembly. The smooth locking mechanism reduces the risk of old plastic breaking. This mirror is difficult to install. I do not recommend removing motor driven ball joints unless they are broken (new ones are included). If you need to replace them, be careful not to damage the rubber boot, otherwise the mirror motor may be damaged by rainwater. Just pull them all the way out with the mirror position switch, then hold them with long needle nose pliers so they don't come back while you try to attach the mirror. You will wish you had 3 tiny hands but it is possible if you are patient and careful. Also try to slide the plastic ball joints in line with the pivot. If you approach it at an angle, you can break the plastic cover. Silicone spray helps with this.
