Review on Enhanced Connectivity: Unleash the Power with Blue Sea Systems Common Terminal by Shawn Pollock

Revainrating 5 out of 5

They've been through a lot and are masters at this

I've been using these for a year and combine three charge controllers to power a battery offline. System. Once or twice I've pushed the 250 amp limit (albeit by a few amps) and haven't seen any problems. If you go over 175 amps they can get a bit warmer than room temperature, but that's to be expected when you're running that much current through them. The highest temperature I could get was around 95-105 degrees Fahrenheit, outputting over 225 amps at +/- 24v with a temperature gun at room temperature. The tinning is very good and yes, you can definitely tell by their weight that they are copper on the inside. The dimensions are accurate which really helped me fit it in the case. I've had no issues with them at all, and let's be honest - they're solid pieces of metal with no moving parts - but they've accomplished everything I've been able to offer them so far. I'm upgrading to 600 amp models as I'm adding more solar panels and don't want to push my luck taking them over 300 amps. If you need such items, do not skimp on craftsmanship and buy them.
