Had to make a new inlet hose from an old inlet hose but it works. This made the engine note much deeper and made the engine, at least for me, much more responsive. In terms of performance, there was a small but noticeable increase from 1800-6000 rpm. Once you hit over 6000 rpm you will notice a significant boost. My scooter struggled to accelerate from 40 to 50mph, lost some speed uphill and was limited to 40mph at full throttle in a strong headwind to accelerate uphill after 50 and I had no problem generating power on the last motor . 2k turns. Of all the modifications I've made to my GY6 engine, this has by far had the biggest impact.
