Major scam best in my review
These knives are a giant scam. If you look on the website the steel used is 420j2 steel, which is the absolute lowest grade of steel you could use to make something that could reasonably function as a knife. The steel used is absolute garbage for the intended use, and will dull after a carrot or two. For the money there are plenty of great knife companies out there that use actual steel, like vg-10, vg-max, white paper 2. and many others. Don't waste your money, this should be no more than MAYBE like 13 dollars.
- The blade is made with a special heat treatment process, which increases its durability and resistance to wear and tear
- It may not be the best choice for people who prefer to use a Japanese-style nakiri knife
