Overall I'm happy with it and it's a good tool but two things make me deduct a star. 1) The shaft consists of two parts that are screwed together. With normal use, they will loosen and the end piece will rotate. I lubricated the threads with Loctite while it held. Epoxy would probably work too. 2) For my Kamado grill, the beveled end seems too big to comfortably move charcoal, rake ash, etc. It would be better if it was 1 inch smaller. I think cutting it out, but stainless steel is hard to cut. The rubber grip is good, as is the hanging rope. This is a good length for my grill (but two inches shorter would be ideal).
