Review on Enhance Your Cycling Experience with Schwinn's Mounted Accessories Bicycle Bag by Darth Calder

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Nice little bike bag for wallet, keys, mobile phone etc.

I wanted a small bike bag for my wallet, keys and mobile phone. I'm a hobby/fitness biker, not an avid athlete. This is fully compliant. It's fairly well designed and made, albeit lightweight. I find it attractive and it was delivered to me for less than $10. I almost didn't buy it because of a bad stock photo, a useless general one-sentence description and because 2 out of 3 ratings were bad. Here's the product information I missed and I've uploaded some photos so you can make a better decision. "Large. It's made from medium-weight black nylon and has an unnamed metal zipper. Durability looks average - good enough for general use, but not "sturdy". That's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. (B To be fair, it's not an expensive item.) There's a stripe of gray reflective fabric at the bottom, and the top accent appears to be reflective as well. There's a Schwinn logo at the center of the back Seat supports held in place by a piece of nylon strap sewn/attached down the center of the top of the bag. The strap wraps around the bag, goes through a plastic loop and attaches with velcro underneath the bag. Full webbing, not just the stitches, which hold it at the top. This is the second webbing that wraps around the front of the seatpost and also attaches with velcro at the back. This webbing was a bit long for my seatpost, lets sic h but still close well. Inside is a U-shaped plastic insert that is wide at the top and bottom to hold the shape of the bag and provide it does not protect the fabric from sharp corners that the things you put inside may have. The packaging says it's "weatherproof", which I assume is light/short rain or splashes, not heavy wet weather. The bag is small but big enough to hold your wallet, phone and the aforementioned keys, plus maybe a hose and a compact foldable multi-tool if you stuff something in. But if you want to take a lot with you, especially heavy, bulky things like cable locks, you need a large and stable bag. There isn't much to say about a simple, inexpensive pannier. Look at the photos. If this is the type of bag you want, I see nothing wrong with it. You can also check out the BV Bike Strap-On Saddle Bag/Seat Bag, which comes in a variety of sizes, or the Roswheel "Bicycle Bike Saddle Outdoor Pouch Back Seat Bag,' which comes in a variety of colors is. Hope that helps.
