This is a decent inexpensive hobby lens if you don't want to spend $10,000 on a professional lens. This is fully manual control and you will probably want to use a tripod when taking photos. There are aberrations at longer focal lengths and not very detailed quality at 2600mm (image of an eagle's nest at 1 mile), but that's to be expected. It produces pretty good nature photos and is great for bird watching. I don't like the T-adapter for this as it comes in two pieces assembled together; The threaded part of the lens can get caught on the lens and the Canon mount can start to slip like a bearing, making removing the T-mount a project to take home. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to start taking pictures. This was a great addition to my lens collection and will take countless photos!
