I bought this dress for my maternity pictures with my 2nd baby. I loved the versatility! I plan on using it in a different way for my baby shower as well. I twisted the straps similar to the model in the product picture. It was not see through in the least, perhaps ordering the lighter colors would give that problem but the dark green was thick enough to not let light pass though the fabric wasn’t heavy. I would recommend to anyone with bump-insecurities to keep in mind that this dress will show any little dimples in your skin where it does cling, though that can be hidden with spanx or the straps, depending how it’s tied.
