Just taken out of the packaging which consists of a sealed plastic bag and a cardboard label. So at this point I've barely touched it with my finger and it looks rough and used like it's been used a lot and then returned and resealed. I understand that something that has been on a shelf for a while is starting to age and look different, but it has fingerprints and dark spots where it would normally have been stored. That's not new. I'm not a germ phobia, but it's annoying.
