love this product have bought several times for friends and family. I can't recommend it highly enough and everyone I've bought it for has loved it and would recommend it to someone else. The heating elements are excellent, the pressure is strong and constant, and the shape of the massage nodes is ideal for the kneading movements that muscles need to relax. However, I can't give 5 stars for several reasons: 1) The instructions don't really explain what some of the buttons do and it's unclear. 2) The velcro situation is not good, not good - designed to be held around the body. 3) The coarse-mesh cloth around the massage handles may rub against the skin slightly after long-term exposure, especially when the heating element is on. However, it outperforms most portable, inexpensive massagers on the market. . You usually have to spend a lot more for a high-quality massage device and it is absolutely worth every penny.
