Goods received 2 days after purchase. easy to put together but after 5 days of trying to get my cat interested I realized it just wasn't going to happen so I decided to return it and buy another model. Much to my surprise, since Amazon allows returns without much drama, it turns out that if you want to return an item, you have to pay for shipping! Make sure you get a model your cat will love or else you'll be stuck with it or have to lose money to return it.
