Its pros:
Very reliable, comfortable, economical.
Has cons:
Sensitivity to the working surface (I bought a special cover for laser mice for it), mediocre sensor resolution.

Pros:
convenient, no extra buttons under the scroller, horizontal scrolling, works well on different surfaces, almost perfect
Cons:
the scroller stops clicking after a year, on all these mice, it's terribly frustrating
