2 of these units have control problems. He doesn't hold his temperature well. It will not turn on the power (heater) if the actual temperature falls below the minimum set point. It came on for a split second and then went off again. As you can see in the software image, the temperature is almost 4 degrees cooler and there is no power. I also checked the physical controller box, same problem. This can be temporarily corrected by adjusting the lowest and highest values from time to time, but that's no good. Got both devices back today.
