Haven't had any problems with other brands though.

I have been taking L-lysine (usually 1000 mg) daily for many years; I usually buy a specific brand but have used different brands in the past. This was the first time I tried Nature Made because the brand I like was out of stock. I've never had a problem taking L-lysine, but this brand gave me such bad stomach cramps that I just stopped taking it. It was so weird as I have always taken this vitamin occasionally and have NEVER had a problem with any other brand.
