Not the best solution for PIP or split screen

I bought this hoping to split my laptop and tower into one wide curved monitor. In this mode, the display was so degraded that it was unreadable. Maybe the 4K version works better, but I returned the device and bought a KVM switch. There is no picture-in-picture or split-screen, but it solves the problem and is significantly cheaper.
