When we received our lashes we had a card attached to us that said if there is any problem with this product just let the seller know what the problem is and a refund will be issued. we are very very very disappointed with this product. I bought 2 pieces one for me and one for my daughter but when we tried to put them on they didn't even cover the half century. they are probably even too small for a child. We tried using multiple lashes for one eye, but that obviously didn't work either. I hope you keep your promise and return the money to us. When I called Revain they asked us to return the products but I told them that after so many attempts to get them to work there wasn't much left. I don't want to post a negative review because I hope you will use our comments and fix product issues instead of me harming your business by posting lots of negative comments and reviews. I would appreciate a refund soon!
