These are great for training and everything else, but originally bought them for self-defense. I'm not entirely sure if this is anywhere near actual stopping power. I have a Sigsauer M&P paintball gun and while I definitely wouldn't want to get hit by one of these, I don't think it will save your life in an emergency. No, unless you shoot them with a tuned-up full-auto paintball gun. I also bought the FSC for the first strike, which fires .68 caliber bullets. This weapon has room for a velocity adjustment and I'm far more confident that in a home defense situation it will stop anyone who gets in its way. I would suggest upgrading to a larger caliber to suit your needs. It's definitely a great ammo if you want to fire heavier reloads. But that's all I would suggest. That's the only reason they get four stars instead of five. They also have an even shape and burn well.
