Very dull rhinestones

When I received my item, I saw that the rhinestones are very dull and the back of the rhinestones is peeling. This is also false advertising because there were 9340 rhinestones in total, but they were much smaller and now they have changed the number. I wanted to return the money but the seller made me very tired and expected me to pay the shipping. I do not recommend ordering from them but if you do please be careful with the seller's item.
