I've been using Monoprice 6.5" in-wall speakers for my rear and satellite speakers for a while and I really like them. I upgraded my system to support Dolby ATMOS and since I liked the in-ceiling speakers so much why not use the in-ceiling speakers as the ATMOS speakers. While they were easy to assemble and beautiful to look at, they reach their limits much sooner than wall-mounted ones. I can run built-in walls at 80Hz with no problems. Ceiling speakers, on the other hand, have to run at 120Hz or they tend to distort and sound like a mess. Once you cross them correctly, they're not that bad. At most three stars.
