The delivery was fast and the color was nice, however, when I took it out of the package the one screw that attached the canopy bar to the handle bar was stripped and couldn't be used. I didn't want to use a bigger screw to get it attached, just in case I would be find another problem or have an issue when using it. It also seemed to be wider than what was stated in the description and the paved area at the park where I'd be using it is just a little wider than the stroller. I put in a return request and received the return info within 48 hours which I though was good. The best part is on the return info they advise if you have any questions to please notify them, but they don't give you a phone number or even an email address to contact them. Needless to say, I am very disappointed.
