The pack I bought has 100 pieces which should last a while. I fold each in half, then twist the pointed ends and twist them slightly. After that I use needle nose pliers to push the sharp ends into the tube brush (because the ends are close to the eyes when the brush is in the face mask). They work fine for the original purpose. Now I also use them instead of ribbons for groceries in plastic bags. They are comfortable and seem to last longer than the zip ties that come with most products. Finally those little plastic "squares" that are now on many bread bags, are also not that easy to use, so they work great. Thank you for the good value.
