Review on Lokai by Brian Pius

I made a few purchases from Lokai recently and was really dissatisfied with everything about the transaction. Although the site and its offerings appeared to be of high quality, I found that my experience with them fell far short of my expectations. To begin with, the clothes and footwear I was given were really low-quality. Uneven stitching and a rough, inexpensive fabric detracted from the overall quality. Even though I ordered my regular size, none of the items were a good fit when they arrived. The jewelry I was given was more worse than I had expected. The parts seemed to be constructed of plastic rather than the high-quality materials that were advertised. The clasps were cheap and readily broke, and the jewelry quickly became tarnished. Worse worse, I received a condescending and useless answer from customer support when I tried to voice my concerns. I was informed that I may return the things, but that neither my shipping charges nor my time be repaid, and that instead I would be given store credit, which I have no interest in using after my unpleasant experience. In general, I would not suggest Lokai to anyone in need of superior apparel, footwear, or accessories. Not only are the things overpriced, but so is the service. Avoid the inevitable letdown and satisfy your fashion cravings elsewhere.
