We bought this boombox for my elderly relatives so they could listen to CDs without trying a more complicated sound system. They live out of state, so when they told us they couldn't get the boombox to work, we assumed they just didn't know how to use it. By the time a family member was able to visit and verify that the machine was indeed not working at all, the return period had already passed. Fortunately, Revane agreed to return our money. Although the product was defective, I am grateful to Revain for coming.
