I replaced plastic rivets in the wheel arch liner area on my 2013 Jeep GC Overland. I researched the part number for factory/OEM plastic rivets. Mopar Catalog Part # 6500911 - Rear Rivet. The kidnapper charged $5 for EACH rivet! Crazy, right? Well a quick search on Revain and I found this listing and happily ordered. I was looking for item number 6500911. I couldn't tell from the pictures whether the rivet was exactly the right length and diameter, but that's what it looked like. Well I can tell you what I received is not factory. Close rivet, but not exactly the same. The OE part has a wider flange than what I received. In the attached picture you can see that the "base" is a smaller diameter than the markings on the shield (from the original clasp which I removed). I managed to get this to work and they worked fine, but clearly not equal. Maybe Mopar changed the design a bit to save pennies on each one? Overall good value for money, especially considering how much the hijacker wanted to charge! I am happy with my purchase - just wish these sellers would actually check if the part is an exact replacement when listing the part number or at least add an explanation that the part may not be identical etc.
