I don't need to have looked closely at the product photo as I thought it was the one with a 4 prong "brush" applying a liquid or gel , which can be applied with hair. like strokes. It wasn't until it arrived that I realized the photo of the tip of this eyebrow pencil was a bit confusing (unless you look closely, which I wasn't). However, brush/gel reviews aren't great, and for the price, this pencil does little more than define my fading 62-year-old brows. The stick doesn't smudge at all and stays put until I wash it off with lotion or cream. My goal is not to have eyebrows like the Kardashians, just something like that. For only $4 this is a good deal.
