After about 4 weeks of use, the watch stopped seeing the SIM card. Neither recharging, nor rebooting, nor manipulations with the SIM card gave anything - there was no network. Just in the evening the network was there, but in the morning it was gone. During this time, no one touched the watch even with a finger, if anything. Some comrade on the manufacturer's "hot line" said that I had a SIM card of the wrong operator :) Just why the clock worked with it for 4 weeks without failures is not clear) Well, we tried 2 more different SIM cards from other operators. The result is the same. In general, I took this watch to a service center, where a day later they told me that they were refusing to repair it due to the fact that there was mechanical damage to the contacts of the SIM card slot. I do not deny that with constant attempts to insert different SIM cards, I could damage something inside. But the question is that I didn’t do it because I had nothing to do, but because this watch was covered even before that and didn’t see the SIM card, and also on the advice of an absolutely indifferent and boorish hotline operator. And actually, this says a lot about the quality of manufacturing these watches, that you can break contacts simply by pulling out and inserting a SIM card. As a summary: Think carefully before you contact the products of such manufacturers. I think a decent company that cares about its reputation would not refuse repairs under such a pretext. But what kind of manufacturer is such and reputation. Better choose a different watch for your child. 2300.00 down the drain and into the pocket of dishonest people.
