I LOVE these and have used dozens of these on a variety of items over the past 6 years. Attach your phone to a purse or belt loop for any situation, although I've also used them for various travel essentials when traveling (mainly for hanging things on backpacks that I sometimes need to detach). With my phones and iPods, I've found that I slide my finger through when holding the phone, which gives me a good, secure grip on the phone. Having a clip on my phone means I never have to put my phone down (which is where I'm most likely to leave it). On the contrary, it's mostly always in my purse or attached to something of mine (purse strap, belt loop, backpack strap) which means I'll never leave it at home.
