The ease of use for both our customers as well as ourselves! It's very easy to create shipments with multiple carriers at once. We can also set up rules that are automatically applied when we ship items from one location (or customer) to another - no need manually enter each shipment in between locations anymore. I wish it was more intuitive/easy-to understand how everything works together but overall this has been great so far. If you're looking into having an automated system like ours then definitely give them some consideration because they offer many different options out there which makes things easier than ever before. Shipping invoices easily across all carrier types including USPS.
