Great Learning Management System - Excellent Customer Service

The customer service is outstanding. I like that there are people who have been around the block many times who still seem genuinely happy. There's nothing really that I dislike about the program itself. We've just had a few issues with some of our clients where we were unable to provide them with the support they needed as soon as we'd hoped. It was always nice to be able to get someone on the phone right away, but it can sometimes take a while for support to come through from different time zones. If you're looking for a quick fix to your learning needs, this might not be the one for you. I think that we'll likely stick with this platform because of what a great job they do providing training for the staff.
