Virtually useless due to missing parts

Wing nut and washer are missing. The package wasn't sealed properly and may have fallen out during shipping, but I think it just wasn't included. Luckily I have a 3D printer so I can print something to fix this, but I don't have to.

Pros

✔ BEAK SHARPENER AND GREAT FOR NECK --- Meric perch wood with the right texture is good for chewing and nibbling. These regular bird activities will keep your bird's beak in shape and condition. Please note that parrots like to peel off the bark when chewing.
