Oversized, not true to size.
I was dying to use this collar, I tried measuring my dog's neck but it doesn't fit. Her neck measured 20 inches, so I took the largest size because it should have been 17 inches when closed and 20 inches fully open. It measures over 20 inches when closed and about 24 inches or more when open. This does not suit my dog at all as he is much larger than what your product advertises. Otherwise it's a great product and I'm very upset because I need it for this weekend. Please update the size accurately.
